The Lodgings
Sleeping up to 22 adults and 3 infants, all of our bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a range of bed sizes and child-friendly rooms. Many also come with en-suite bathrooms for guest convenience.
ROOM ONE
Brightly decorated, with wonderful views out to the back meadow, this room has plenty of storage and an Airplay sound dock. This room can be split into 2 x singles or 1 x double bed. This room has direct access to
ROOM TWO
A large family room with permanent bunk beds and the choice of 2 doubles with a single bunk, so sleeping up to 5 in total. This room has direct access to a main family bathroom.
ROOM THREE
A bright room, with a choice of double bed or 2 x singles. This room benefits from a new smart LED TV. This room has direct access to a main family bathroom.
ROOM FOUR
A large master bedroom with a fixed Super-king ‘cannonball’ bed and en-suite shower/WC. Double patio doors open out onto the rear patio. There is also a wall mounted LCD TV and Airplay music in the en-suite.
ROOM FIVE
Situated at the front of the property, another tasteful room benefiting from an en-suite shower/WC and a new smart LED TV, this room has a fixed double bed. An internal closet ensures there is plenty of space.
ROOM SIX
A cosy and comfortable space, this room has it’s own TV and double bed, with single bunk above it. Storage is by way of a wardrobe and large chest of drawers. This room has direct access to a main family bathroom.
ROOM SEVEN
An elegant room with the choice of double or 2 x single beds, a mirrored dressing table finishes off this stylish room. This room has direct access to a main family bathroom.
ROOM EIGHT
The second master suite at Brookway is superbly appointed, with a Super-king bed that can be split to 2 x singles, there is also a separate area within the room comprising of a set of adult bunk beds. Your toes are warmed on winter mornings by the underfloor heating in the ensuite, where you will find a walk in shower, WC and bidet. The double patio doors open out into the centre of the rear garden onto the patio area. This room also benefits from a new smart LED TV
